Baselines
Sensor Drift (<0.1mV/Hr)
Screen-printed carbon electrodes maintain strict potentiometric stability.
Overview
Vital signs like blood pH or Potassium levels are critical metrics. Traditional potentiometric electrodes lose calibration rapidly due to reference drift. BiQadx solid-state arrays ensure absolute diagnostic confidence for hours.
Architecture & Design
Our thick-film screen-printed electrodes (SPCEs) utilize a modernized solid-state reference electrode rather than a traditional liquid junction. By incorporating a highly stable silver chloride matrix layered with a proprietary protective polymer membrane, we prevent chloride ion leaching. This stabilizes the reference potential, reducing electromotive drift to practically zero (<0.1 mV/hour).
