Overview

The BiQadx Ecosystem Orchestration layer solves the critical "last-mile" data fragmentation problem in modern decentralized healthcare. By acting as an asynchronous message broker between point-of-care nodes and central clinical networks, we eliminate transcription latency.

Architecture & Design

Our orchestration engine utilizes an event-driven architecture rooted in Apache Kafka. When a diagnostic node (e.g., Dr. POCT) finalizes a quantized inference, the payload is cryptographically signed at the edge. It is then serialized into an HL7/FHIR R4 compliant JSON standard and pushed to a secure enterprise queue. This ensures zero data loss even during severe intermittent network connectivity.
