Oncology Marker Triage
Multi-channel fluorescence decay curve analysis using quantized transformer models to classify complex early-stage oncological protein markers.
Overview
Early oncological detection relies on differentiating complex multi-marker profiles previously restricted to central reference laboratories.
Architecture & Design
This architecture uses highly multiplexed quantum-dot (Q-Dot) conjugated antibodies. Because different Q-dots have specifically tuned emission wavelengths and decay times, a single 400nm excitation pulse generates a complex multi-spectral emission curve. The edge-native transformer model de-convolutes this curve, quantifying up to 12 distinct tumor markers (e.g., PSA, CEA, CA-125) from a single nanoliter volume.
