Diagnostic Platforms

High-fidelity instrumentation engineered on resilient modular architectures.

Overview

BiQadx diagnostic hardware is engineered on a strictly decoupled topology. The HELIX ONE and Dr. POCT systems represent a paradigm shift away from monolithic design methodologies towards modular, independently serviceable sub-components.

Architecture & Design

The main controller board serves strictly as an orchestrator. The optical system, the thermal cycler, and the fluidic actuator are each governed by separate, isolated microcontrollers communicating over an internal CAN bus. If an LED excitation source fails, the system bypasses the specific optical channel while maintaining absolute fidelity on the remaining parallel processing streams.
