Decoupled Subsystems

Fluidic routing, thermal cycling, and optical interrogation are physically isolated.

Overview

Legacy diagnostic platforms suffer from "black box" fragility. BiQadx enforces a strict microservices architecture, mapping software decoupling principles directly onto our physical hardware components.

Architecture & Design

The acoustic cell separation module, the thermal cycling block, and the photometric engine exist on discrete power and data planes. They communicate strictly via an internal, hardware-level message queue. If a specific Peltier element anomalies on the thermal block, the system can instantly halt the block, alert LIMS, and reroute subsequent cartridge testing to a secondary standby module within the same cluster.
